Terms of Reference for Full-Time Project Assistant
Introduction: The Eastern European Coalition for LGBT+ Equality is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Assistant. The selected candidate will support the coordination and implementation of a project aimed at promoting equality and the rights of LGBT+ people in Eastern Europe.
Project duration: 1 year
The responsibilities of the Lobby and Advocacy Expert include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the project team.
- Managing documentation and contracts.
- Preparing and sending emails, maintaining correspondence.
- Organizing meetings, seminars, and other events.
- Coordinating online events, including communication with speakers and experts in various areas of human rights.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Collaborating with partner organizations.
- Keeping project records and reporting.
The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in logistics and document management.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
- Experience in writing business correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in non-profit organizations or projects related to human rights.
Contract details:
Type of employment: Full-time (100%)
Salary: 1000 euro (net) per month
