The Coalition’s Secretariat manages operations and ensures stability, reporting to the Coordination Council. It handles communication, finances, the Annual Plan, and project proposals.

The Secretariat includes

key staff like the coordinator, financial manager, and communication officer, approved by the Coordination Council and General Assembly. Members cannot serve on the Coordination Council or General Assembly simultaneously.
