Terms of Reference for Part-Time Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
The responsibilities of the Lobby and Advocacy Expert include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation system.
- Collect and analyze data to assess progress and achievement of project objectives.
- Prepare reports based on monitoring and evaluation results.
- Provide recommendations for improving project strategies and activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure qualitative and quantitative data collection.
The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
- Experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical approach.
Contract details:
Project duration: 1 year
Type of employment: Part-time (70%)
Salary: €900 (net) per month
Location: Remote work
